This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed with Pride Energies India Pvt Ltd for EV chargers, components, and related infrastructure equipment.
By using our services, you agree to this policy.
Scope of Delivery
We provide shipping and delivery for:
- EV Chargers (Fast & Slow Chargers)
- Charging accessories and components
- Electrical infrastructure equipment related to EV setup
Delivery is available across All the locations in India, subject to serviceability.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 7-10 business days after payment confirmation
- Customized or bulk orders may require additional processing time
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
Delivery Timeline
- Standard delivery timeline: 5–7 business days depending on location
- Remote or non-serviceable areas may experience additional delays
- Estimated delivery timelines will be shared at the time of order confirmation
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at the time of checkout
- Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional offers
- Additional logistics charges may apply for heavy equipment or special handling
Installation Services
- Delivery of EV chargers does not automatically include installation unless explicitly agreed
- Installation timelines will be scheduled separately based on site readiness and availability
- Customers must ensure site preparedness (electrical connection, permissions, etc.) before installation
Ownership & Risk
- Ownership of products transfers to the customer upon full payment
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery
International Shipping
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Currently, we may or may not support international shipping (update as applicable)
- Additional duties, taxes, and customs charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer
